Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
">- Job Description:
We are seeking a clinician to join our national team of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners.
">You will provide clinical services to individuals aged 0-65, working across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.
">Your day-to-day duties will involve collaborating with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
">You will assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
">Our Positive Behaviour Support plans and assessments focus on increasing a person's quality of life, including improving their skills and enhancing their independence.
">You will develop a plan and implement it with training and regular follow-up and review.
">">- Required Skills and Qualifications:
We require qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health, or Nursing.
">NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner is also required, or the ability to become registered.

This role offers a range of benefits including a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 + super, work from home resources, client allocations close to your home, ownership of your own calendar and the option to work part-time or reduced hours.
