With this, they have continued to grow and flourish in even the direst of times. Hence, they are opening one Customer Service Expert position for an dedicated customer service professional to join their team.
**Why should you apply?**
**The responsibilities include, but will not be limited to**:
- Manage and coordinate customer enquiries and action as required
- Manage end-to-end order management, from receipt of customer orders and processing through to billing, including logistics documentation as required
- Sales support including coordinating product information, information about shortage and solutions, sales administration, and reporting
- Coordinate with customers, sales, production, warehouse, and service providers to ensure customers receive goods on-time
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with demand planner to ensure customer requirements are met
- Support the customer service team and other business units when required
**To be successful you will need**:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar customer service position
- To have recently obtained a bachelor's in Supply Chain & Logistics, International Business, Commerce (or similar)
- Computer illiteracy - SAP experience idyllic
- Team player, flexible and adaptable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Count yourself as someone who is highly curious and is eager to learn
- Some who coachable, and is excited of the thought of a challenge
