We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to drive our customer service activities forward.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned customer service professional to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for leading the CS team to solve customer issues efficiently, meeting operational and commercial goals, and improving customer experience and operational CS performance.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the CS team to resolve 95% of customer complaints promptly.
- Monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the team meets annual goals.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and operational CS performance through process improvements and strategic initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will require extensive work experience (>5 years) in customer service, preferably in direct-to-consumer environments. You must be communicative, analytical, service-oriented, and commercially savvy with a strong background in customer relationship management.
