- Experience in high-volume customer service environments is essential, along with a solid understanding of popular social media platforms.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary, supported by a portfolio of online writing samples.
- You'll need to possess strong time-management and organizational skills to balance multiple customer inquiries, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously.
