
Customer Service Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions about company, trust, SMSF setup and other related topics
- Help customers navigate our products
- Answer phone calls, emails, and process web forms in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Liaise with product teams to provide customer feedback for improvements
- Log, track, update and resolve all service requests from customers in the service management system
- Provide proactive and timely progress and status updates to clients and contribute to a positive business relationship
- Act as a subject matter expert on our products
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role within a technology company
- A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
- High standards of written and communication skills
- The ability to work with minimal direct supervision and passion for exceeding personal and team goals
