The Cluster Manager position will lead the client experience by setting examples and high customer experience standards, constantly searching for new ways to surprise and delight their customers. They understand their team's capabilities, ensuring they are trained and developed and give feedback to maintain their trajectory.

**Who they are looking for**:

- Someone with at least 3 years of Retail Management experience
- Effective communication skills, including interpersonal skills to adapt communication
- A passion for the Premium Fashion retail environment and providing exceptional customer service depending on interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Time in Attendance systems
- Excellent computer skills, along with a thorough understanding of how to use systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate to various stakeholders, both internal and external
- An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands
- A flexible approach and an ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting necessary deadlines
