**About the Role**:
**Key accountabilities include**:
Lead the WA sales team to deliver on pre-determined targets and ensure customer relationships are maintained and developed

Undertake a proactive role in the development of Regional sales strategies on instruction from the Sales Director Australia

Identify, secure and develop new and existing business

Monitor customer service levels provided by ANL/CMA CGM Offices to ensure they exceed customer expectations

To establish contact with clients and maintain concise and current customer profiles to facilitate accurate and speedy response to market activities

Direct the preparation of annual sales budgets for the State consistent with market directions provided by the ANL / CMA CGM Commercial department, to ensure the recruitment of sufficient cargoes to assist ANL / CMA CGM achieve its corporate objectives

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Relevant tertiary qualifications along with 8-10 years Sales experience with the last 2-4 years in a Sales management position

5-8 years experience within the shipping industry

Customer orientated approach Strong sales technique

Proven track record in meeting budgets
