**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven WA State Manager to lead our operations in Western Australia. This role will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the region. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and collaborating closely with national department heads, the WA State Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team, and overseeing various operational aspects, including warehouse and installation KPIs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the WA region, with a particular emphasis on tradespeople as the main customer base.
- Identify and capitalise on market opportunities, expand the tradespeople customer base, and increase market share.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key tradespeople, clients, dealers, and partners in the region.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support tailored to the unique needs of tradespeople, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing T.C BOXES with professionalism and integrity.
Operational Management
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inward and outward goods, to ensure efficient stock management and timely order fulfilment under the guidance of National Managers.
- Oversea installation operations, ensuring timely and accurate product installations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales.
- Assist in recruiting operational team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to drive individual and team growth.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics for senior management.
- Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales and operational strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with national department heads to align regional strategies with overall company objectives.
- Liaise closely with various departments, including marketing, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure effective communication and execution of initiatives.
**About you**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in the automotive or related industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and operational management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
