Perth, Western Australia Solid Plus Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Solid Plus, part of the National Tyre & Wheel (NTAW) Group, is seeking a motivated and results-driven State Manager to lead our Western Australia operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong operational, sales, and team management capabilities to oversee the performance and growth of Solid Plus in WA.


About the Role

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this leadership role is responsible for managing a team of tyre fitters and administrative staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for our WA customer base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a team of 3–8 staff
  • Driving monthly sales performance and growth targets
  • Managing quoting, invoicing, stock control, and subcontractor coordination
  • Maintaining a strong safety culture and compliance across operations
  • Building and strengthening relationships with dealers, fleets, and national accounts
  • Overseeing vehicle compliance and equipment readiness
  • Contributing to business planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You'll bring proven leadership and operational coordination experience, ideally in a tyre, automotive, or service-based industry. We're looking for someone who is:

  • A confident communicator and customer advocate
  • Skilled in quoting, invoicing, stock management, and team scheduling
  • Focused on safety, service quality, and operational efficiency
  • Driven by achieving sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities
  • Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in managing subcontractors and third-party providers
  • Strong in documentation, reporting, and using business systems
