What you'll do:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial data and smooth operations within our complex multi-entity structure.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Processing Invoices
with strong attention to detail.
Investigating and responding
to accounts payable queries.
Efficiently managing
the Accounts Payable inbox.
Reconciling vendor statements
accurately.
Assisting with
payment runs
.
Vendor creation
and maintenance.
Providing
backup for bank account reconciliations
.
Handling
various ad-hoc administrative tasks
.
What you'll bring:
Whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience, we're looking for someone with:
Strong data entry skills
– this is essential
Experience in Accounts Payable, data entry, or bookkeeping
is a plus, but fresh graduates with a keen learning attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
Clear and open communication skills
to effectively interact with our AU team and external suppliers.
Familiarity with
ERP systems
(experience with Yardi is a bonus, but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
.
Exceptional
attention to detail
and the ability to self-assess your work.
A natural flair for
problem-solving

A basic understanding of
Australian tax (GST)
