This is more than just a management role — it's an opportunity to run the salon with autonomy, drive business success, and make your mark within a growing company.You will be responsible for leading a motivated team, overseeing all operational aspects, and ensuring that our salon delivers an exceptional client experience.
This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives on leadership, organisation, and building a positive, high-performing culture.Please note this is a 50/50 split role – part of your role will be Salon Manager/2IC,and the other part of your rolewill be performing beauty services.
You will need to hold a Diploma in Beauty and be confident in female Brazilian waxing, make up, tanning and brow services.What We're Offering:Manager: $38.43 (Mon-Fri) – $47.87 (Sat) – $67.07 (Sun) per hour.Team Leader / 2IC: $37.16 (Mon-Fri) – $46.60 (Sat) – $65.80 (Sun) per hour.6
