About the role

Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager you will provide exceptional service to all our guests. As a Front Office professional, you will have the knowledge and experience to guide and assist the Front Office team to excellence, whilst maintaining the hotel's standards.

About you

  • Energy and passion for the Hospitality Industry
  • Dynamic individual with an ability to multitask with efficiency
  • Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability and enthusiasm to assist other hotel departments to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability in RMS property management system preferred
  • Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts
