AtCarti Hair & Co, we specialise inpremium transformations, with a strong focus onhair extensions, blondes, andbespoke styling. We are seeking aFull-time Senior Stylist or 2ICto join our award-winning salon and help lead our high-performance team to the next level.

You'll Bring:

  • 5–10 years' experiencein a senior hairdressing role.
  • Strong skills inextensions, blonding, colour correction, andstyling.
  • Proven experience inteam leadership,salon coordination, or2IC duties.
  • A commercial mindset – you understand how to drive KPIs, rebooking, and retail.
  • A desire to mentor and elevate junior team members.
