You will handle inquiries, develop and grow high value accounts, resolve issues, and support them in using pay.com.au for their business payments.
This is a hybrid role, combining phone and in-person interactions, where you will proactively schedule appointments and collaborate closely with customers to understand and support their business needs and objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of 1000+ high-value accounts, ensuring strategic growth and strong client relationshipsIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingDevelop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the client's business objectives and growth targetsWork closely with clients to understand their short- and long-term goalsCollaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clientsAbout you / QualificationsProven experience in Account / Relationship ManagementExceptional communication skills, written and verbalExperience with computers and applications software, including CRM database skillsInterest in the emerging online accounting market and FintechAbility to work autonomously and show initiativeAbility to create quick and strong rapport with partnersComfort with a fast-growing fintech environment and flexible working conditionsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and AdministrativeIndustriesFinancial Services and Technology, Information and Media
