Event Planning Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Event Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality events that meet our organisational goals.
The key responsibilities of this role include researching, designing, planning, marketing, coordinating and evaluating events to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of events, from conferences and seminars to community engagement activities and internal communications events.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant qualifications in event management, communications or a similar field, supported by technical expertise and a track record of success in implementing engaging events.
You will also need to be able to build rapport, credibility and trust quickly with colleagues, stakeholders and clients, and have excellent stakeholder management, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
