**Lead Technical Field Engineer** to spearhead onsite overhauls of steam and gas turbines. If you're ready to bring your expertise and leadership to a global organization that values innovation and excellence, we want you on our team

**About the Role**
Reporting to the **Field Services and Senior Project Manager**, this role is pivotal in delivering technical direction and support during critical outages. You'll oversee the assessment, disassembly, reassembly, and condition monitoring of turbine components, ensuring top-tier performance for our clients in power generation, petrochemicals, mining and heavy industry.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Lead on-site turbine overhauls, directing disassembly/reassembly and supporting field teams with technical expertise.
- Conduct condition assessments on turbine components and recommend corrective actions with engineering input.
- Prepare and review HSEQ documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans and Safe Work Method Statements, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate outage planning by advising tooling needs, developing schedules, and assisting with execution.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams, providing technical input during sales engagements and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement by addressing nonconformances, completing technical documentation, and travelling across APAC as needed.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**
**_Qualifications & Expertise:_**
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in technical field roles for steam or gas turbines.
- OEM-backed training on steam and gas turbines.
- Deep knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance practices, and outage management principles.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
