Technical Expert Advisor

A trusted technical professional within our Customer Success organization.

  • Ensure smooth deployment and accelerated time-to-value for enterprise customers through strategic collaboration with Professional Services and Sales teams.
  • Conduct advanced CyberArk Blueprint sessions to align Identity Security best practices with customer business and security outcomes, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing prescriptive recommendations tailored to customer risk, compliance, and security objectives, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Drive ongoing engagement through targeted programs, regular success reviews, technical workshops, and community involvement, cultivating strong relationships.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a unified customer journey, acting as the senior technical point of contact in complex accounts, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact content (webinars, blogs, success sessions) for both technical and executive audiences, promoting knowledge sharing and industry expertise.
  • Mentor junior Technical Experts, lead best-practice sharing, and act as an escalation point for technical or adoption challenges, empowering team growth.

This role requires 8+ years of professional experience in customer success engineering, consulting, or post-sales technical roles, with a proven track record of success.
