Strategic Commercial Transactions Specialist

This role involves managing a high volume of commercial transactions, collaborating with regional and global colleagues to provide globally aligned legal advice. The ideal candidate will support business teams across the ANZ region, providing expert contract negotiation, review, and advice.
The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to assess and mitigate legal risk, balancing local and global perspectives. They will draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts and documents for the ANZ and EMEA regions.
- Deliver clear, effective, and practical legal advice on a broad range of legal matters and to a broad range of business functions.
- Assess legal risks and provide actionable recommendations while keeping business priorities at the forefront.
We are searching for a corporate lawyer professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a business-focused mindset.
- 4-7 years PQE in private practice – with in-house experience highly regarded (and FMCG industry experience preferred but not essential).
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
