**Job Description**:

Complement our ocean product team in Westmeadows, VIC as our Ocean Product Coordinator and be supported on your career journey. In turn, we require an open, team player mentality with great communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple internal stakeholders. You will possess ocean freight knowledge and be a curious and analytical person keen to dive into market data to assist our sales and commercial teams.

As the Ocean Product Coordinator, you will:

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Buy and sell rate negotiations for FCL
- Be involved in TGF tender management
- Drive quality and consistency whilst supporting sales growth
- Participate in regular business review meetings with carriers
- Analyse space management and yield maximisation

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Knowledge of sales and tender process
- Ability to work towards strict deadlines
- Customer focused approach
- Deep understanding of ocean freight
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Previous experience using Cargowise - desirable
