As we continue to secure projects across NSW, Alfabs enters a growth phase where we are seeking trade qualified and experienced Painter/Blasters to join our Site Services division.
(Offering both Permanent and Casual roles)Reporting to our Site Superintendent (Paint) you will have the opportunity to be part of a true crew, working together to set industry standards.Skills & Experience:Minimum 12 months + experience in industrial painter/blastingExperience with Airless and conventional spray applicationProtective coating application by brush and rollerSurface preparation including use of mechanical toolsDrivers license and willingness to travelStrong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standardsStrong commitment to safetyTrade certificate or relevant qualificationExceptional work ethicStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivatedAbility to work in a team environmentThe ability to work overtime to assist with achieving company goalsEncourage a culture of continuous improvementAbility to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testingOther desirable skills/experience:Rail Industry Worker TrainingMulti Skilled and ticketedHigh-risk ticketsOrder 43 MedicalMining specific inductionsWhat we offer:Competitive Hourly RatesBe at the forefront of innovative projects that can be in various environments.A supportive team within a company who truly values their employeesEmployee recognition programsCareer development opportunities within a reputable organization
