About the Position

This role oversees the daily management of our Pharmacy Aseptic Manufacturing Suite. As a leader, you will direct a dynamic team of highly skilled professionals in delivering exceptional aseptic services.

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy Aseptic Manufacturing Suite to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to provide excellent aseptic services.
  3. Develop the skills of your team members through training and mentorship.
  4. Participate in strategic decision-making to shape the future of aseptic services within the organization.
  5. Maintain a customer-centric approach in all aspects of your work.
  6. Be available for on-call duties, including after-hours, public holidays, and weekends.
  7. Attend meetings and participate in relevant committees.
About You

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • A Certificate IV in Hospital or Health Services Pharmacy Support (mandatory).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a hospital environment.
  • Established expertise in aseptic manufacturing and related skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid working visa in Australia or Australian citizenship/Permanent Residency.
