The Opportunity

This is a newly created opportunity for a Workplace Relations Advisor to join our skilled, dedicated, fun and professional team. Reporting to the Senior Workplace Relations Lead (who is amazing), you will contribute to the build of our workplace relations framework, undertake investigations, provide valuable advice to our stakeholders and deliver key projects. This is an initial 12 month contract opportunity.

Our People and Culture team consists of Workplace Relations, Volunteer Programs and People and Culture Business Partnering. We are part of the broader People, Culture and Safety team and work closely and collaboratively with each other to get the best outcomes. This is an exciting time to join the team as we embark on some amazing programs and projects, as well as continuing to add value through our coaching, case management and stakeholder partnerships.

First and foremost, we are seeking someone who shares our values and can see how they would align to our mission and vision of partnering with our communities for fullness of life and creating communities where everyone is cherished. It is also important that you enjoy working in a team that is genuinely caring and supportive of each other, and that you want to contribute to that.

You will need to have experience in an ER/WR/IR focused role. Writing strong and accurate documents, reports and communicating effectively is key, as well as experience undertaking investigations and case management. Building and maintaining trusting and strong relationships with your stakeholders will be absolutely integral.
