About this role

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual to make a meaningful contribution to maintaining a healthy and sustainable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on workplace policies and procedures.
  • Lead a small team in managing grievance, performance, and conduct cases.
