Our client, one of the country's most ambitious and passionate Agribusiness leaders in their field of expertise, is right now recruiting.
The position is Environmental Farm Manager.

Based on the South Coast of NSW, the operation supports beef cattle and irrigation programs for re-use across multiple manufacturing processes.
**About the Role**
We are looking to employ a highly motivated, proactive, and qualified Farm Operations Manager. This is an important role and includes the organisation of daily work teams and their work activities, including determining priorities of production and irrigation plans. Determining equipment breakdowns and arranging appropriate repairs. Scheduling maintenance and servicing of equipment and vehicles. Organising stock movements, feeding and husbandry. Organising crop sillage, sowing and harvesting.
**Essential Skills and Attributes-**
- A Degree in Agricultural Science or similar
- Demonstrated experience leading medium-size teams driving productivity, team engagement and retention.
- Knowledge of EPA requirements relating to Waste Water Licencing.
- Demonstrated experience operating machinery and equipment with the capability to perform repairs and maintenance.
- High level of attention to detail.
