Job Description

As a site manager, you will oversee the on-site execution of projects from initial setup to completion. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) requirements.

  • E nsure project sites are well-managed, plant and equipment are maintained in good working order.
  • Effectively control costs and manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate direct labour, labour-hire and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with supervisors to ensure efficient delegation of work activities.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in construction remediation projects and is a team player with solid negotiation and influencing skills.
