The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to assist in taking our Queensland business to the next level and lead our project delivery team.

Overseeing a portfolio of significant project value and importance to the state's renewable energy future, you will provide effective leadership to a team of Project Managers to ensure the effective delivery of High-Voltage infrastructure projects for the National Electricity Grid, including substations, grid connections, wind, solar and battery storage. You will play a key role with the preparation and review of tenders, and be responsible for leading teams to plan, resource and execute high-voltage projects safely, on time and within budget.

This is a key management position in our structure and a rare opportunity for either a seasoned professional or a Project Director/Senior Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career at an industry leading organisation.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
10+ years Project Management experience with high-value projects
Previous experience in the High-Voltage industry
Demonstrated ability in the successful management of teams
Strong understanding of the full life cycle of projects, e.g. tendering, design, construction and commissioning
Adept business and commercial acumen
Relationship-oriented style, with the ability to adapt your leadership style to your team
