**The role**

This role is instrumental in providing HR guidance and support across several stakeholder groups both within our support centre and within our network of aesthetic clinics through our own premium medical aesthetics brand, **Artisan Aesthetics Group**.

This is an initial 12 month contract with possibility of extension or permanency.

**About you**

You are an experienced and passionate Human Resources professional with significant HR consulting skills. You are an effective communicator with the ability to influence and build credible working relationships with stakeholders and team members, whilst managing competing priorities.

As a high performing and results driven individual, you possess proven experience within the fields of employee and industrial relations. Your experience and knowledge with influencing senior stakeholders, commercial and business acumen and case management within the medical sector will be highly regarded for this opportunity. Your advanced computer literacy skills, including the entire MS Office suite is a must. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy celebrating your successes as part of a cohesive team

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their business units, developing strong, effective working relationships
- Ensure all HR-related activities are performed in line with company policy, procedure, and best practice
- Influence and provide guidance to stakeholders and team members on ER matters including performance management, disciplinary management and investigations across the business
- Support HSWE incident management
- Interpret & advise on remuneration and reward systems, benchmarking, surveys and reviews
- Support Vita's interests in judicial/regulatory forums and instruct external advisors or counsel
- Advise on the legal and regulatory frameworks of workplace relations
- End-to-end HR administration tasks i.e. draft and issue all relevant employment documentation, HR reporting, compliance management etc.
