You'll be responsible for managing crews, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
This role is key to keeping our projects on track and our people safe.Key Responsibilities includeLead and manage field crews and subcontractors across multiple sites, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while fostering a positive and productive team environment.
This includes leading site supervisors and crew leaders to ensure their teams consistently meet safety, quality, and performance expectationsChampion safety and complianceby conducting regular site audits, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring all activities align with internal and client safety procedures and legislative requirementsOversee project planning and delivery, profit and loss management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure programs are completed on time, within budget, and meet contractual obligationsBuild and maintain strong working relationshipswith clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support smooth project execution and resolve issues proactivelyReview and approve scopes of work and quotes, ensuring accuracy, alignment with project goals, and compliance with financial and operational standardsMonitor and manage plant, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal utilisation, maintenance, and availability to support uninterrupted project deliveryDrive continuous improvementby identifying opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and team performance, and implementing practical solutions that add value to the businessAbout YouYou're an experienced leader with a strong electrical background and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
You know how to guide teams, manage budgets, and keep projects moving—while building strong relationships along the way.
You will also bring the following:A trade qualification in electrical or related field, as well as at least 5 years' experience in the electrical industry (essential)Proven leadership experience managing crews and contractorsStrong financial oversight and project management skillsSolid understanding of safety standards and complianceProficiency in MS Office and reporting toolsA current driver's licence and willingness to travel across ACTWhy you should work for usWhat we do matters.
