Job Title: Construction Operations Manager Overview of the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and preparing detailed reports. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports to track performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues promptly to minimize delays.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes to optimize project outcomes.
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction management or related field.
  • Proven experience in site or project engineering roles, preferably on large-scale government projects (3-5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
