Job Overview

The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day site operations across a variety of projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise site activities, subcontractors, and trades.
  • Monitor project timelines, schedules, and daily site progress.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
  • Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.
  • Assist with short-term programming and resource planning.
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety systems, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects to time, quality, and safety standards.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Certified in First Aid and Fire Safety.
