Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and control of projects from construction through to completion. This is a key role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in working with GC21 contracts.

About the Job
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively;
  • Work closely with clients to ensure clear understanding of project scope, objectives and constraints;
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines and budgets to meet client expectations;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with WH&S and safety regulations;
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in construction/project management field;
  • Commercial construction experience with proven experience working across GC21 contracts;
  • Pre and post contract project management experience;
  • Able to work to deadlines and timeframes to exceed client expectations;
  • Excellent communication skills to work with the client and construction team.
