- Join a fun, values-led company making a real difference in the lives of children

Are you passionate about empowering others, creating engaging learning experiences, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence? At TeamKids, we're not just training people, we are inspiring the next generation of leaders.

**About us**:
At TeamKids, we're not just leaders in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) - we're creators of joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments for children every single day From exciting before and after school programs to action-packed holiday adventures, we're all about delivering the extraordinary.

Our core values - **Fun, Innovative, Involved, Remarkable, and Genuine** - aren't just words; they're the heart of everything we do. If you're the superstar we're searching for, we bet these values light you up too

**About the role**:
We're on the hunt for a passionate and detail-driven **Learning & Development Coordinator** to join our incredible People & Culture team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an operational, fast-paced environment — someone who is equally comfortable running a training session as they are liaising with key stakeholders and juggling logistics.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you'll play a key role in designing, delivering, and coordinating engaging training programs that empower our people to thrive. You'll work closely with Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other teams across the business to ensure every TeamKids team member is set up for success.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Coordinate and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
- Support key L&D projects and work with internal stakeholders to align learning initiatives with broader goals.
- Develop and curate high-quality training content and resources.
- Administer and troubleshoot our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess learning needs and close skill gaps.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing feedback and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Support compliance and quality assurance by aligning content with regulations and best practice.

**About you**

You're a confident communicator and natural organiser with a genuine passion for learning and development. Thriving in dynamic environments, you enjoy seeing the direct impact of your work on the growth and success of others.
You bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities and are trusted to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Comfortable working independently, you take initiative and follow through — whether you're facilitating training in person or online, coordinating logistics, or refining content.

With strong attention to detail and a clear sense of purpose, you're committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that make a real difference.

You will have:
**Essential**:

- 2+ years' experience in a Learning & Development, HR, or similar coordination role.
- Experience delivering training sessions in-person and/or online.
- Familiarity with maintaining LMS platforms (we're currently using _Litmos_)
- A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

**Desired**:

- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience creating learning pathways/training materials
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (such as _Articulate_)

**Why You'll Love Working with Us**:

- **Hybrid Work Model**: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and the office.
- **Me Days & Birthday Leave**: Take time for yourself with four extra "Me Days" per year and your birthday off
- **Career Development & Mentoring**: We're serious about helping you grow.
- **Incredible Culture**: Join a values-driven team that truly cares.
- **Generous Childcare Discount**: 95% off if your child attends a TeamKids service.
- **Perks & Discounts**: Access savings on health insurance, retail, gyms, and more.

This is your opportunity to be at the heart of our transformational journey in L&D — building confident, capable, and well-supported educators and leaders. We can't wait to hear from you.
- At TeamKids, the safety and well-being of children is our highest priority. As part of our recruitment process, we carry out thorough background checks, reference checks, and screening to ensure all potential employees are committed to safeguarding children and have no history of behaviour that could compromise their safety._
