Job Description
The Director, Programs and Impact plays a key role in leading the development and implementation of the Foundation's program strategy.
Develop and implement strategic programs to achieve positive social outcomes for the Foundation's beneficiaries.
Lead the design and delivery of projects that reflect the Foundation's ways of working and strategic priorities.
Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring that investments and initiatives are strategic, evidence-informed, and measurably effective.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Significant experience in a senior leadership role within the not-for-profit or public sector, preferably with a focus on social impact.
Demonstrated expertise in program design, delivery, and evaluation, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with grant funding or social investment models is highly valued, and a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
