About the Role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead initiatives addressing complex social challenges. This role will advance opportunities for meaningful participation in society, reducing the harmful impacts of poverty on health and wellbeing.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and thought leadership content.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant university degree and at least 5 years' experience in the Economic Dignity field, with subject matter knowledge in one or more of the following areas: housing and homelessness, food insecurity in family and community contexts, employment pathways for parents with young children.

The role involves collaboration across teams to design and deliver solutions, building and strengthening partnerships with community organisations, policymakers, and advocates. The successful candidate will also contribute to broader strategies across the focus area.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging research, trends, and best practices in the field.
  • Analyse policies, programs, and interventions to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic advice to shape the organisation's grant-making strategy.
  • Develop thought leadership content to amplify impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate initiatives, recommending adjustments where needed.
