Director Programs And Impact

This is a senior leadership role within a not-for-profit or public sector organization, responsible for leading the design, implementation and evaluation of program and impact strategy. The successful candidate will ensure that investments and initiatives are strategic, evidence-informed, and measurably effective in delivering positive social outcomes for beneficiaries.

About The Role

The Director, Programs and Impact is a key member of the executive team. Responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of initial projects that reflect the Foundation's ways of working and strategic priorities, as well as overseeing the end-to-end program lifecycle.

About You

We are looking for someone who is committed to Aboriginal-led development and has significant experience in a senior leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in program design, delivery and evaluation, in addition to excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, is essential. Familiarity with grant funding or social investment models will be valuable.
