Job Overview

This senior leadership role plays a pivotal part in shaping and executing the foundation's program strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive positive social outcomes for our beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver projects that reflect the foundation's values and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring investments and initiatives are evidence-informed and measurably effective.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong track record of success in senior leadership roles within the not-for-profit or public sector, preferably with a focus on social impact.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program design, delivery, and evaluation, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with grant funding or social investment models is highly valued, and a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.

A permanent contract with a competitive salary package, including base salary of $160,000 to $170,000 plus superannuation, is available. Salary packaging options and flexible working arrangements can also be accommodated.
