Medical Receptionist - Fairlight

We require the right applicant to work Monday to Friday for at least 3-5 days per week.

Prior experience with medical software (Pracsoft and Medical Director) is a plus, but not necessary for the role.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Meet and greet patients.

Answering patient enquiries/phone calls.

Create and maintain patient records.

Booking patient's appointments.

Office organisation and stock replenishment.

Processing payment's.

Relaying messages to doctors.

Sorting incoming mail and faxes.

Scanning documents into medical practice software.

Remuneration based on experience.

The position needs to be filled in next few weeks with training to begin ASAP.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
