We are looking for a Planner Mobile Maintenance to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Planning & Reliability Superintendent.
In this pivotal role, you will shape the long-term strategy for underground machinery, coordinating capital projects, midlife rebuilds, and warranty repairs to keep our fleet running at peak performance.The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including OEMs, to forecast usage, schedule maintenance, and optimise resources.
This role offers an opportunity to influence strategic planning while remaining hands-on in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage long-term maintenance strategies and capital projects.Coordinate with external contractors and OEMs for off-site rebuilds.Monitor costs, prepare budgets, and maintain planning tools and spreadsheets.Ensure parts and resources are available to meet scheduled maintenance timelines.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.About youYou are an initiative-taking and detail-oriented maintenance professional with a strong background in mobile equipment planning, known for delivering efficient solutions and ensuring operational reliability.
