Senior Maintenance Planner

Join our client's maintenance team and play a key role in keeping their heavy mobile fleet operational.

  • Permanent role with an owner operator.
  • Residential 5:2 roster - 20 minutes from Kalgoorlie.
  • Great salary package + benefits.

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to develop and deliver accurate short-term schedules for our clients open pit mobile maintenance team. You'll transform plans into executable daily and weekly schedules, aligning labour, equipment access, materials, permits, and tooling so work gets done safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and issue weekly maintenance execution schedules for our HME fleet
  • Coordinate with planners, supervisors, operations, supply, and vendors to ensure job readiness
  • Prioritise work based on equipment criticality, statutory requirements, and operational needs
  • Track schedule compliance and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and asset availability
  • Support shutdown and major service event scheduling
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in mobile equipment/fixed plant scheduling in mining or heavy industry
  • Strong knowledge of HME maintenance processes and statutory servicing requirements
  • Proficiency with SAP PM/AMT, Microsoft Office (Excel, Project) - Power BI advantageous
  • Collaborative communication style and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
