As a Planning Manager, your task is to ensure the balancing of resources within the Service division and securing, that planning & scheduling is being done in accordance with the actual: processes, instructions, business rules and best global practices. You will be leading a team of 11 Services Schedulers that will ensure the execution of the O&M Master Schedule is delivered by our operations team across our 50 wind farms (1900+ wind turbines).

**Responsibilities**
- Perform annual capacity plan budget on Sub-region, including quarterly follow up
- Responsible for balancing capacity between Service Schedulers within the Sub-region.
- Close cooperation and dialogue with Service Schedulers and Capacity Planner
- Optimization potential identified and implemented
- Define the governance framework that will achieve a standard site-specific O&M schedule delivery
- Continuously challenge the planning & scheduling to ensure optimal levelled service activities
- Assist Capacity Planner in the creation of a regional capacity plan and monitor it within the dedicated sub-region
- Validate and update capacity forecast on a regular basis
- Identify the need for temporary technician resources and liaise with Schedulers/Site or Resource Managers
- Support CIM sequence/execution timelines and review resource requirements
- Analysis and monitoring of material inventory/availabilities and subcontractor resource performance
- Provide support for Area Planning
- Continuously improve and implement Planning & Scheduling projects and processes.

Sub-region anchor point for:

- Streamlined resource management
- Global Planning & Scheduling project implementation
- Material and resource analytics and performance driver
- Regular performance reporting to management

**Qualifications**
- A certificate IV, Diploma or equivalent within a Technical Trade, Engineering or Material
- Scheduling qualifications or formal training with at least 5 years experience as a senior scheduler working on large, diverse projects and programs.
- Well-developed understanding of contemporary Project Management methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships

**Competencies**
- Good experience in a technical service environment with a focus on Planning & Scheduling
- Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools
- Analytical and detailed working approach
- Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in managing smaller development/improvement processes & systems
- Knowledge and Experience in SalesForce & SAP are desirable
