SAP Testing Lead
Drive transformative testing excellence to unlock business potential.
We are embarking on a significant systems and process transformation journey to leverage new opportunities across our organization. To bring this vision to life, we seek an experienced SAP Testing Lead to shape and deliver comprehensive testing strategies for our complex, multi-year SAP transformation program.
About the Role
Develop and own end-to-end testing strategies aligned with our SAP program and broader enterprise-wide initiatives.
Oversee the entire testing lifecycle: Unit, Integration, System, UAT, Regression, Automation & Performance.
Build and lead high-performing test teams across locations, including offshore/onshore resourcing.
Design and manage test plans, scripts, and test data for SAP modules and integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Coordinate testing across multiple waves, managing risks in a phased rollout model.
Implement test automation frameworks (e.g., Tricentis Tosca).
Lead performance testing strategy to meet load and response requirements.
Track, manage, and resolve defects through to closure.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in test leadership roles, ideally leading a test COE, with full-cycle SAP implementations.
Hands-on expertise across the testing spectrum – from planning and execution to automation and performance.
Strong understanding of SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, IBP, PLM, and more.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, iterative rollouts in integrated environments.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and modern QA practices.
Proficiency with test tools such as SAP ALM, Jira, and performance testing solutions.
