At the heart of every successful transformation lies a well-crafted strategy. As a Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end test strategy for our multi-stream digital transformation program.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Transformation Lead, business stakeholders, and implementation consultants to ensure our ERP solution meets business requirements and performs accordingly. This is a blend of strategy and execution, where you will own test strategy, planning, and execution.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our team and drive the development of test plans, test schedules, and test traceability matrices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading the end-to-end test strategy for the FIMS transformation program.
  • Creating and maintaining test plans, test schedules, and test traceability matrices.
  • Defining test entry and exit criteria, acceptance protocols, and defect management procedures.
  • Driving the preparation of test scenarios, test scripts, test data, and environments.
  • Setting up and managing defect triage and resolution processes.
  • Leading regular test progress reporting and escalating blockers and risks through program governance.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of test management experience in complex transformation or ERP implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional testing efforts.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance at Baseline level.
