Test Manager
Our organization is seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our digital transformation program. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Transformation Lead and business stakeholders to ensure the ERP solution meets business requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and execution-focused individual to own test strategy, planning, and execution.
Develop and lead the end-to-end test strategy for the FIMS transformation program.
Create and maintain the test plan, test schedule, and test traceability matrix.
Define test entry and exit criteria, acceptance protocols, and defect management procedures.
Drive the preparation of test scenarios, test scripts, test data, and environments.
Set up and manage defect triage and resolution processes.
Lead regular test progress reporting and escalate blockers and risks through program governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of test management experience in complex transformation or ERP implementations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional testing efforts.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance at Baseline level.
