Major Federal Government Digital Transformation Initiative: Seeking Experienced Test Lead

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Test Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative ICT solutions as part of a major government digital transformation program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading test delivery with vendors and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. This includes developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and supporting test data, as well as managing defect triages, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders during UAT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead testing activities for complex programs, including creating Test Summary Reports
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and supporting test data
  • Manage defect triages, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders during UAT
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and test automation

Requirements:

The successful Test Lead will have proven experience leading testing activities for complex programs, strong Agile testing experience, and hands-on experience using test management tools such as Jira Xray and Salesforce CRM.
