**About the role**
We're looking for a Casual Field Representative to join Retail Select Team and provide a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments to service Bunnings stores in the Newcastle area. You will work with our products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates and Cabots to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to a specific our service level agreements and to support, train and deliver in-store projects. You will be an in-store ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both the Bunnings and the DuluxGroup teams.
In this autonomous role, you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for our consumers. You will also have the opportunity to understand our marketing fundamentals from the ground up. Although this is a casual role there are multiple pathways for development into other businesses within the DuluxGroup and/or full-time roles.

This is a casual role so days will vary, however we are currently looking to cover up to 16 hours per week. There may also be the opportunity for more hours across different business areas in the DuluxGroup and you'll assist with holiday and sick leave cover when needed, flexibility is vital in this role.
Please note: Due to the nature of merchandising, this position can be somewhat physically challenging from time to time.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
- Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
- Maintaining in-store displays
- Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
- Assist with major planogram initiatives
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
- Sound computer skills
- Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
