Regulatory Field Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regulatory Field Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting compliance, monitoring, and quality assessments as well as rating audits of early childhood education and care services within the region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to make a real difference in supporting better outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor and assess the quality of services provided by early childhood education and care providers
  • Providing recommendations to support compliance with policy and procedures from service providers
  • Supporting investigations of complaints and incidents

Essential Requirements

  • A valid Working with Children Check clearance for paid employment
  • A driver's license and ability to undertake short term travel
  • Relevant experience and/or degree or diploma or in the process of attaining a diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
