Role We're on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join a high-performing team based out of Newcastle.
You will be the driving force behind customer growth and satisfaction, gain hands-on experience, and actively develop business.
This role requires you to hit the ground running and includes:ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and securing new business opportunities within your territoryDeveloping and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with customersDelivering exceptional customer service during every interactionProactively arrange and attend meetings with customers and deliver high-impact sales presentationsManaging sales budgets, forecasting, tracking and reporting on KPI targetsQualificationsProven Sales Representative experience, including selling products into the power generation and/or metallurgical industriesKnowledge of mechanical equipment such as seals, gaskets, pumps and valvesExperienced in business development, negotiation and maintaining client relationshipsDemonstrated ability to meet budgets and sales KPIsThe ability to read basic engineering drawingsBenefitsAn attractive Base Salary + Superannuation + Bonus + Fully maintained VehicleExposure to a global business with industry-leading productsA supportive team environment that values growth and initiativeThe chance to work closely with experienced sales professionalsAbout the ClientOUR CLIENT is recognised as a global leader in the manufacture of industrial sealing solutions.
