Guided by our values — We are Customer Obsessed, We are Collaborators, and We are Courageous — we're passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences and shaping a new era of hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesSkill and Experience · Previous experience in a front office or rooms controller role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment · A natural people person with strong interpersonal skills, confident communication and a high level of attention to detail · Fluent in English (spoken, written and read), additional languages are advantageous · Comfortable multitasking and remaining calm under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment · Skilled collaborator, able to work seamlessly across departments to deliver an elevated guest journey · Proficiency in Opera Cloud advantageous – with strong accuracy skills · Quick thinking problem solver who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities · Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays · A passion for hospitality and inspired by Crystalbrook Collection's creative approach – delivering unique, enriching experiences that amaze, uplift and leave a lasting and positive impact on guests, communities and the environmentWhy Us:You will work alongside exceptional people in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.
