A key client who operate Australia-wide within the
**civil** infrastructure sector is requiring a new
**leader** for their
**estimating team** to be based in their office in
**Sydney**. This market-leading business offers a range a range of different services with a focus on the heavy industrial, power and energy, infrastructure and resources sectors. They have over 150 staff at present working across the country with plans for further expansion in progress.

As
**Estimating Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of estimators and be responsible for building and maintaining an excellent culture within the estimating team. This role is suitable for someone who is currently working in a Chief Estimator/Estimating Manager role or it is also suitable for a Senior Estimator looking to take a step up. You will be provided with an excellent remuneration package and the chance to work on career enhancing projects.

To be considered for the position, you will most likely be degree qualified and have in excess of
**4 years estimating experience**, delivering and winning tenders for civil infrastructure projects. You must be capable of effective communication with various internal stakeholders and clients. You will be experienced with estimating and construction management software and have a proven track record with a similar civil contractor at preparing and winning tenders within Australia. An attention to detail and being able to think strategically to deliver the most appropriate solutions and pricing will be highly regarded.
