Due to continued success they are currently looking for an experienced Estimating Lead/Manager to join their team.

**SALARY: $230k package**

**The role**:
As the Lead Estimator in the business you will be responsible for managing a team of estimators and also being hands on, duties will include:

- Overseeing tender submissions
- Attending tender interview meetings
- Provide guidance and support to the rest of the Estimating team
- Review tender documentation
- Preparing methodologies and programmes for submissions
- Reporting directly to the State Manager
- Subcontractor quotes
- Recommending and delivering bid strategies and value engineering options on tenders

**To be considered**:

- Proven experience with Commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Has experience managing a team
- Have the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be able to work autonomously
